Spottedrose laughed gently. "Well that would make sense since im the only medicine cat apprentice." She smiled, showing her pearly white teeth.
Silentkit nodded at the lynx. It was strange to meet a warrior that wasn't actually a cat.

Hawkflight threw his amber glance over to Fallenstep. All he could do was shrug. then he added, "I've no idea. He just said he'd be right behind us and told me to lead a patrol here. A couldn't even catch his scent," Hawkflight sighed. He knew Pantherstar had been weird latley, but he didn't understand why he would skip a gathering. [/size] |

Fawnstar nodded at the other leaders. "Should we start the gathering? We can not wait for Pantherstar to turn up when he feels like it." It was more of an order than a suggestion and her steely gaze dared any cat to question her.

Dawnstar looked at the feeble she-cat. "Why don't you ask other cats to see what they say, not make orders for them. You're not the leader of the forest." She spat. She felt like she had a thorn in her mind. Poking up against everything, making her get so angry. Tonight she was extra frustrated. "For Starclan sake Dawnstar! If you haven't notice it was you that started everything at the border this moon so don't blame us! You neary killed one of our warriors!!" Snowstar spat back at Dawnstar.

"Doesn't mean you should try and kill her!" Snowstar spat at Dawnstar, claws out ready to teach this she-cat a lesson. "So what if she was anyway? It doesn't give you the right to nearly kill her! And if you didn't notice she was on OUR side of the border not yours!" Yowls of Thunderclan called up from the clearing.
How could Snowstar say such a thing?! It was a near death but she didn't die did she? How could he blame Dawnstar?
"She shouldn't have been at the border! She wasn't with any other cats! So it wasn't even a partol! She wanted to spy on ShadowClan! Steal our prey too I bet!" Fallenstep yowled out in anger.

Fawnstar bristled in annoyance. "For Star Clans sake! Will you two shut your traps! Were trying to have a gathering not listen to your petty sqabbling!" She rolled her eyes in annoyance she'd had just about enough of those two.

Long score marks were lodged in the bark now. To ever remember that night. But Dawnstar's words must have left the whole gathering puzzled. But they didn't know. Didn't know anything about her.... Not yet.
Hawkflight sighed. "Does this always have to happen?" He mumbled to himself. Glancing at the sky, the moon was still bright, not covered by a cloud at all. Do you want this StarClan? Why aren't you stopping it? |

"Oh I don't do I?! What I know about you is that you try and kill warriors! And half the time of your life you disobey the warrior code!" Snowstar spat then turned to Fawnstar. "I will not shut my trap! You havn't had HER trying to kill one of your warriors this moon have you?!"

Fawnstar gave out a loud yowl, silencing every cat. "Is there any honour between you? This is a gathering and for more moons then we can remember we have gathered here in peace. A warrior may be badly hurt but she is not dead. We have came here to talk about her, in fact I wish to discuss more pressing matters." Fawnstar paused her eyes clouded with pain. She did not allow the other two to interupt. "As a clan leader it pains me to say these words, but do not assume we are weak because of this. We are as strong as any clan! But I can not ignore the threat posed.... Recently a lot of things on are territory have been dieing, the plants, the trees, even the ground is crumbling... I wish to know if the other clans have been suffering and whether they think It may be a sign from Star Clan."

Dawnstar bit back a stunning retort. She glared at Snowstar with fire in her eyes, ready to lash out string his throat. She felt a growl spill out oh her mouth and off her tongue. And as Fawnstar spoke, she had to remain silent, lashing out her tail. He started it... Dawnstar thought to herself. She almost laughed at how he told Fawnstar he wouldn't shut up. But she held it in. One day... Someday.. She would get him. And he would be ever so sorry for saying those things about her and her clan.
Palemoon looked at her paws. It was true, her clan was crumbling apart. Things were going very badly, and things happened that even a medicine cat like her couldn't cure. [/size] |
