Mudstar believes that StarClan can guide WindClan through any time of trouble, if only they would trust StarClan.

History: Mudstar was born as one of the only kits in her Clan, and without any brothers or sisters. Her mother, Specklepelt, loved her fiercely because Mudkit was the only kit in her litter. It had been moons since the other kits had become apprentices. The nursery had a lonely feel to it. Just two moons after Mudkit was born, her father, Snowclaw, died in a battle, while protecting the nursery. His wounds were too deep, and he had lost so much blood. Specklepelt was devestated, but Mudkit was too young to know anything. Specklepelt had not had any other kits besides Mudkit. When the cold of Leaf-bare approached, Specklepelt did not get enough food and joined StarClan. Mudkit was alone. Mudkit barely made it through that cold season. A few moons later, Mudkit became Mudpaw. She was energetic and excited to be an apprentice. She felt as though her Clan had raised her, and she would die for any of them. When she finally became a warrior, she was named Mudnose. Despite her gruesome history, a fire burns inside Mudnose for her Clan. After a fierce battle with ShadowClan when her previous deputy joined StarClan, she was appointed deputy. Later, her leader died of an illness and she was named Mudstar.
Role-playing Sample: Mudkit awoke to the cold air around her and shivered. She got up and padded out of the nursery. "Mudkit," Specklepelt called gently, though her voice rasped as if it was an effort to speak. Mudkit ran back into the nursery and saw her mother sprawled out on the moss. "I am on my way to StarClan," Specklepelt rasped. Mudkit was in too much shock to do anything. It was as if her paws were glued to the spot. "Goodbye, Mudkit," Specklepelt breathed her last breath. Mudkit was falling, falling, falling there was no end to the black despair...
